*DON`T COUNT THE DAYS...: Make the Days Count !!! 29-12-2016
All of us have worries and concerns in life. Things we are scared of. Things we are dreading. Worries about what “might” happen or what “might not” happen. It seems that there is a truly endless supply of things to spend our time being worried about. Yet, at the end of the day does the worrying do anything positive for us, at all?? The answer is a resounding NO!
We have to stop worrying about the “what ifs” and the “what if not’s” in our life. I could go on and on about all the things I can find to worry about every day and I am sure you could too – we all know in our heads the things we are stressing over – but stressing and worrying about them isn’t doing a damn thing for us other than making us stressed out and worried!
I love the quote in today’s title “Don’t count the days…make the days count.” It is such a great reminder to stop counting the days until this or that happens, or until this or that gets done, and instead start focusing on making each day count as it is happening.
You have to remember that in life all you can do is your best. Put your heart out there. Lay it all on the line. And once you have done that there is absolutely nothing that worrying about will do for you. You do your best and you let the rest come as it may with your head held high and your hopes for great things to come. Focus on what you can control and let go of the things that you cannot control. Life may not go the exact way you think it should, but trust that things are happening for your own best good so long as you are doing your very best in all you do.
A reminder to myself today: Don’t spend your life worrying and stressing – instead just do your best and trust the rest to Universe. And do keep waiting to be happy until this happens or that doesn’t happen….instead, BE HAPPY NOW. Make the time you have count right now, this day. Be grateful for it. Embrace it. And don’t forget to SMILE!

*ALL IN THE WAY YOU LOOK: Life INSIGHT !!! 03-08-2016
Recently i came across to this picture in Facebook and literally LOVED like anything!!!!
Every morning I see this picture and its gives me energy, happiness and to be in the present moment.
It has given me a life INSIGHT that ‘’we build our own reality’’.
As you can see, the perception of the observer depends upon the observer’s own assumptions and perceptions. You construct how you choose to see the world. That is not to say we experience totally different things but different aspects of things.
We make instantaneous judgments every day all predicated on what we see and hear based on our past experiences. Remarkably, you can even lessen pain by changing the way you look at it.
Changing the way we look at things is really important and a surefire way of increasing creativity, peace of mind, happiness, etc. Life often takes you down unexpected paths. You can't change the road but you can choose to make the journey meaningful and blissful.
It reminded me a Quote by Wayne W.Dyer that ….”If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change….”
So changing the way you look at things can bring clarity and aid in the discovery of new options. It can help you discard old habits which no longer serve you. And it can help you make better observations from your new perspective. Try it, you might like it.

*YATHA DRISHTI, TATHA SRISHTI: The Secret of Happiness!!! 30-3-2016
Thousands of years before, a very powerful line was said in the ‘Vedas’, that is, “Yatha Drishti, tatha Srishti!”. It means, how you see the world, the world will appear to you in the same way.
Have you ever realized that, when you are happy, you enjoy the music but, when you are sad you don’t enjoy. Life is good! It depends on us how we perceive it.. Some day you are happy and the people around you seem so friendly and kind hearted. Other days when you are sad, you might feel the same world around you is just filled with darkness.
The only thing why the same thing seems different to you is because of your way of thinking, your perception. Life might always not be sweet like a chocolate bar, it also has its own spices. Always having happy time is not in our hands. But enjoying whatever time, life shows us, is definitely in our hand.
At the end, everything depends on how you see it. Be thankful for whatever you have! Even be thankful if you have a problem because, somewhere in the world there might be someone who might be facing a worst problem than yours.
There is only one person who can make you happy; that is YOU! The happiness wouldn’t have its importance without the touch of sadness. See how beautiful the world is and indeed, your life will become more beautiful. To be happy, you just need to change your vision. Think positive and be grateful for whatever you have! so guys Wake up and Be Awesome !!!

*VIPASSANA MEDITATION : to see things as they really are... 22-3-2016
~ What is Vipassana Meditation
The technique of Vipassana is a simple, practical way to achieve real peace of mind and to lead a happy, useful life. Vipassana means "to see things as they really are"; it is a logical process of mental purification through self-observation.
It is one of India's most ancient techniques of meditation. It was rediscovered by Gotama Buddha more than 2500 years ago and was taught by him as a universal remedy for universal ills, i.e., an Art Of Living. This non-sectarian technique aims for the total eradication of mental impurities and the resultant highest happiness of full liberation.
Vipassana is a way of self-transformation through self-observation. It focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body, which can be experienced directly by disciplined attention to the physical sensations that form the life of the body, and that continuously interconnect and condition the life of the mind. It dissolves mental impurity, resulting in a balanced mind full of love and compassion.
~ The Courses
The technique is taught at ten-day residential courses during which participants follow a prescribed Code of Discipline, learn the basics of the method, and practice sufficiently to experience its beneficial results.
~ The Practice
To learn Vipassana it is necessary to take a ten-day residential course under the guidance of a qualified teacher. The courses are conducted at established Vipassana Centers and other places. For the duration of the retreat, students remain within the course site, having no contact with the outside world. They refrain from reading and writing, and suspend any religious practices or other disciplines. They follow a demanding daily schedule which includes about ten hours of sitting meditation. They also observe silence, not communicating with fellow students; however, they are free to discuss meditation questions with the teacher and material problems with the management.
Students receive systematic meditation instructions several times a day, and each day’s progress is explained during a taped evening discourse by S.N. Goenka. Complete silence is observed for the first nine days. On the tenth day, students resume speaking, making the transition back to a more extroverted way of life. The course concludes on the morning of the eleventh day. The retreat closes with the practice of metta-bhavana (loving-kindness or good will towards all), a meditation technique in which the purity developed during the course is shared with all beings. As I have attended a ten-day programme of Vipassana Meditation at the Vipassana International Meditation Centre, Dhamma Khetta,Telangana. I found this programme to be extremely useful and the meditation technique goes a long way in helping the participants get a better knowledge of the way their own mind functions. It is an art of living and can help one to eliminate tensions in everyday life and develop positive creative energy. The beauty is that it can be availed of by all irrespective of their caste, creed or religion. It is totally and absolutely non-sectarian.
For the first three days we did the anapana practice—observing our breath. my thoughts jumped like monkeys, from one to the other. The list of things-to-do kept getting longer in my mind. There were times when I would get an amazing ideas on life and it was frustrating not to have my gadgets, paper or pen to write them down. I was restless.
On day four, we were introduced to the actual vipassana practice—to observe every sensation in our body that rises and subsides, manifests and disappears. It was the process of realising the core essence of life that everything is impermanent.
After a lot of digging deeper I realised that whenever something—be it a book, film or even a quote—inspires us, it is because it touches our emotional core and satisfies our intellectual curiosity. But, all this must produce sensations in the body that we are not in tune with. After all, when something resonates, our whole being is impacted.
Now the challenge is in continuing this slow, difficult and tiring process in the ‘real world’, till the old patterns fall by the wayside. This could easily take a lifetime. But, if I give up, it will remain an intellectual understanding and a talking point with friends. For now, a lot of unlearning has to be done for some learning to begin.
Every night at 7:00 to 8:15 p.m we have a Teacher’s Discourse in the hall and I loved the Discourse so much and sometimes feel like crying. I remembered on the eight day I cried whole night and not slept as the things impacted on my heart. I have also observed that I can awake for 3 days also, thanks to the meditation.I felt loved with the nature….plants…people….it was a moment of blissful where everything is just so beautiful and the image of ‘I’ was dissolved.
After returned from my Vipassana 10-Day Meditation Course! I can say that the past 10 days has been some of the most well-invested 10 days of my life. And feeling filled with an inner sense of calmness or equanimity, which means a balanced and even mind. I’m in quite a zen and peaceful state.
Since I found this really beneficial, I decided share my experience with Vipassana meditation, so others who have not participated in the course before can consider if they wish to do so after reading it. If you have not heard of Vipassana or you have not experienced it before, I highly recommend you to join this course to experience for yourself.
All I can say is, don’t take my word for what I say here. Try it out and experience it for yourself. The truth can only be experienced on your level. That’s something I really like about the course.
As I finish this blog, the words of Goenka ji — who uttered the only words I heard orally for more than a week — are echoing in my head. Work diligently, work intelligently, work patiently and persistently…and you are bound to be successful, bound to be successful.

*DISCOVER: who we really are...
First to start things of, let’s get one fact straight ‘’We are all human beings.’’ Sure we have different tastes and opinions that create the outcomes for our decisions. However the reality is that nobody in the world is better than anybody. No matter how rich, how smart, or how pretty/handsome you are, you should have no right to think you are better than anybody. Are you different from others? Yes, we are all unique in our way, just like fingerprints, and will never be exactly the same.
Life is a short journey not to create who we are, but to actually find out who we are. I don’t want to sound like some wise old man from the Himalayan Mountains, but I strongly feel it’s the truth. We spend our lifetime learning, hanging out with friends, working, doing our favorite hobbies, helping others, and much more. We are living creatures that want to express ourselves and let everybody know who we really are. You cannot judge a person by their looks or the way they’re dressed, because you would be extremely foolish to do so. Remember one thing, Never judge a book by it’s cover.
What we really need to do is arrive at a fundamental acceptance of impermanence. Even though they are continually changing and unreliable, we believe that we are thoughts, emotions, and stories. However, the only thing that is constant, unchanging, and reliable, is the clarity of our mind stream. Whether we are happy or sad, the cognizant quality of pure consciousness is with us throughout our lives, and continues until enlightenment. In spite of the fact that the world is so decadent and difficult, and that our lives can be so complex, if we have discovered the inner freedom of the mind, we ourselves can be simple and uncomplicated, and maintain a carefree dignity.
The goal of our spiritual practices, such as meditation, chanting or prayer, is not to make us into something that we are not, but rather to awaken us to the truth of who we really are!

*Sharing my experience with SANDEEP MAHESHWARI...
Sandeep Maheshwari is the best motivational speaker I have ever listened to. After achieving success in life he could have sat back and relaxed, but he did not. He is sharing his experiences with everyone that only a few people can do. He is not in the rat race of entrepreneurship. He understands that fame is temporary. The best part of all his seminars is that they are free of cost. Not only he talks about having success, but how not to get attached to it after having achieved it. The ultimate goal of our life is to remain in a state of bliss. This is what I have learnt from Sandeep and I keep learning daily. Aasaan Hai!
